Installation
The turf is half the job. The ground is the other half.
A great artificial lawn is 80 percent preparation. Our crews have fitted more than 3,000 of them, and the process below is the same whether your garden is a courtyard or a quarter acre.
Free site visit
We measure up, check access, levels and drainage, and talk through ranges. You get a fixed written quote, usually on the spot. No estimates, no surprises.
Clearance
Old turf and roughly 75mm of soil comes out. Every barrow-load leaves in our waste bags, not your green bin.
Sub-base
A compacted, free-draining aggregate base with treated timber or composite edging. This is where cheap installs fail and where ours refuse to.
Laying
Turf acclimatised, cut in, joined with tape and adhesive so seams disappear, pinned at the edges and dressed with kiln-dried sand where the spec calls for it.
Handover
Power-brushed to stand the pile up, waste gone, care sheet in hand. A typical 50m² garden takes a day and a half door to door.
Guarantees
In writing, or it does not count.
